1. Seller and Buyer sign and seal this SPA with banking coordinates and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.
2. Buyer sign and return SPA with vessel *DETAILS* / with ATL
3. Seller confirms vessel details *and opens communication with buyer's vessel via SSB.*
*4. Buyers vessel long side tie up and buyer’s super cargo confirms product.*
5. After successful confirmation of *product buyer pays 25 million naira for the LOGISTICS*
6. Seller’s vessel *captain commence pumping buyer pays for 5kmt or 10k mt . While pumping* continues.
*7. Seller pumps 50k mt buyer confirms and make payments less 5k or 10k* mt initially paid. Seller confirms full payment. Buyer untie and move to its POD
