CHRISTMAS BONANZA – 50,000MT AGO TTT AT LOME WATERS
Quote from Stanley Chike Uzo on December 3, 2025, 1:49 pmProduct: Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), Ship-to-Ship (TTT)
Quantity: 50,000MT
Location: Lome offshore waters, Togo
Price: USD 590/10, subject to seller’s final confirmation.
Procedure (non-negotiable):
Buyer provides full vessel details. Seller checks that the vessel is not blacklisted or notorious. Once cleared, seller issues and releases the M.O.U/SPA.
Buyer signs and returns the M.O.U/SPA together with valid vessel documents: CPA, Q88, charter receipt, ATL and ATB formats, plus details and passport copies of the buyer’s supercargo and inspector, and the vessel SSB number for direct communication between both captains.
Buyer shows proof of funds via account screenshot. Seller instructs the mother vessel’s captain to establish communication with the buyer’s captain; once both captains agree on the STS position, vessels come alongside and make fast.
After tie-in, buyer’s supercargo and inspector cross over to the mother vessel to confirm the cargo. Upon confirmation, the buyer’s supercargo remains on board for security and the buyer releases the first USD 10,000.
Mother vessel pumps 5,000MT and buyer pays; seller then pumps a further 20,000MT and buyer pays again; the remaining quantity is then fully pumped.
Upon completion of transshipment, Q&Q is carried out by the buyer’s appointed inspector, and results are released to both parties. Buyer makes final payment for the full cargo based on the Q&Q report, less all amounts already paid, and pays agents/facilitators as per the coordinates agreed in the signed contract.
Upon confirmation of full payment, seller releases the complete set of original cargo documents to the buyer and the vessel disengages and sails to the port of discharge (POD).
