🛢️ Crude Oil Selling Procedure
1、Draft of SPA will be delivered to buyer to fill and return for signature
(Buyer shall have refinery agreement)
2、Seller and buyer will sign a yearly SPA contract for crude oil
(Also at the same time sign a spot contract)
3、Buyer issues SBLC / BG with the value of 3 shipments
(But for the spot contract)
4、Each shipment delivery of crude oil, buyer shall make TT for that shipment
(Before holder transfer)
5、All documents will be Omani or Iraqi
6、Discussion will be in place for buyer and negotiable

Passport copy
Company profile
Buyer’s bank information
Refinery documents
(Copy of CEO’s passport, company profile; in case of CIF/DES delivery, all refinery-related documents)
