Transaction Procedure
Buyer issues ICPO with full banking details, company profile, passport copy, company registration documents, and buyer TSA
Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), Authorization to Sell & Collect (ATSC) in buyer’s name, and NDA between buyer and refinery
Buyer signs and returns the CI to the refinery
Seller issues Dip Test Authorization (DTA) for buyer’s endorsement
(Note: Buyer endorses DTA and bears seller tank farm dip test cost, capped at USD 30,000)
Buyer conducts dip test in seller’s tanks and submits TSR
Seller issues injection schedule and NCNDA / IMFPA to be completed by all intermediaries
Buyer makes full payment via MT103
Seller injects product into buyer’s tanks and transfers full POP in buyer’s name
Seller and buyer sign a contract based on the same procedure
