1- The buyer issues an ICPO
2- The seller responds with a SPA+CI + NCNDA
3- The buyer returns the SPA to the seller, and the seller signs and returns them against signature. Both parties send the SPA & Invoice to their respective Bank Officer.
4- The buyer's bank issues MT199 as POF via Swift.
5- The seller's bank sends the POP documents to the buyer's bank.
6- Seller issue LOA to board buyer's inspection teams. The buyer's team goes on the vessel and conducts the Q&Q
7- After confirming the Q&Q successful, the buyer pays for the total cargo by MT 103 to the account indicated by the seller within 24 hours.
8- The seller pays all the intermediaries implicated in the operation according the NCNDA.
9- The procedure continue with an instrument covering the period of the contract/shipment accordingly.
