2. Seller reply with FCO dan standard copy documents (COA, RKAB, IUP OP etc.)
3. If matched, End Buyer sign & stamp on the FCO as a deal confirmation.
4. Reviewing SPA, DLC, by both parties and sign at every pages.
5. End Buyer welcome to have Pre-Shipment Inspection/PSI and sign SPA ("wet" signatures)
6. End Buyer proceed LC ON & Seller started proceed the Coal Cargo, Performance Bond/PB will be "ON" in similar date LC "ON" by End Buyer.
