Delivery terms: FOB
Seller procedure is non-negotiableBuyer issues ICPO addressed to seller’s representative, incorporating seller’s procedure, together with buyer TSA, company profile, banking details, passport copy, and a letter confirming readiness, willingness, and capability to perform the transaction
Seller receives and verifies the ICPO and buyer documents; upon successful verification, seller issues a Commercial Invoice (CI) for product stored in seller’s tank at the port terminal
Buyer reviews, signs, and returns the CI along with Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) issued by buyer’s logistics company
Seller verifies the TSA and issues Dip Test Authorization (DTA) to be signed by buyer and buyer’s logistics company
Seller releases the following POP documents directly to end buyer via secure email, courier, or bank
a. Legalized Commercial Invoice (CI)
b. Commitment to Supply
c. Fresh SGS (not older than 48 hours)
d. Authorization to Sell & Collect (ATSC)
e. Authorization to Verify (ATV)
f. Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
g. Commitment Letter to Supply
h. Export License
i. Statement of Product Availability
j. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with barcode and GPS coordinates
k. NCNDA/IMFPABuyer conducts dip test on the product in seller’s tank
Buyer issues Authority to Inject (ATI) from logistics company to enable injection
Buyer makes payment for the total value of injected product via MT103 / TT
Seller settles all intermediaries after mutual satisfaction of buyer and seller
