1. Buyer issues Purchase Order with their valid CPA Agreement for verification and approval.
2. Seller issues MOU for buyer's review and signing and their logistics company to also sign and endorse the MOU.
3. Seller issues the Proof of Product (POP) documents in the Buyer’s company name as listed below for verification.
a. Certificate of Origin
b. Product Quality Passport (Analysis Test Report)
c. Commitment to Supply
d. Bill of Lading
e. Authorization to Sell & Collect (ATSC)
f. Cargo Manifest
g. Vessel Q88 (redacted copy or vessel class information for CPA validation)
Upon verification of the above POP and confirmation of product readiness, Buyer may provide a conditional or redacted Q88 of their nominated receiving vessel to facilitate preliminary logistics and CPA verification.
4. After successful SGS/CIQ inspection or dip test confirming the quality and quantity of the product, Buyer shall activate the full Q88 of their receiving vessel and provide all vessel particulars, including IMO number, flag, ISPS certificate, and readiness schedule, for final STS coordination.
5. Upon receipt of the Buyer’s full vessel details, Seller instructs the vessel master to re-route the cargo vessel to the designated STS anchorage and both parties coordinate with port authorities for the STS operation schedule.
6. Upon receiving the buyer vessel document, the seller will instruct the vessel master to re-route the vessel tanker final destination to the buyer’s STS location.
7. Seller and Buyer sign the title transfer affidavit and the Title Ownership Certificate is issued in the buyer’s company name.
8. Seller instructs Vessel Master to countersign the shipping agent Power of Attorney and proceed to send the complete set of maritime and shipping documents to enable the buyer shipping agent file for Maritime Report and make all preparation to receive the vessel tanker at the destination port terminal.
9. The Seller will provide to Buyer the following documents:
a. Master Authority to Board (MATB)
b. Authority to Verify (ATV)
c. Unconditional Dip Test Authority (UDTA)
And allow the Buyer & his Inspection team to board the vessel at STS anchorage and conduct Inspection. Upon arrival of the vessel tanker at the destination port and completion of CIQ / SGS Inspection, buyer pays for full cargo value via MT103/TT Wire within 48 Hours. (Note: After successful Inspection, Seller Injects the product to Buyer’s vessel & Buyer pays 100% for product injected by MT103/TT)
10. Seller pays the intermediaries involved within 72 hours after receipt of payment of the product from the buyer.
