1) Seller issue a draft contract for buyer to review and do amendments if any.

2) Seller and buyer sign contract electronically

3) The Buyer/representative will make arrangement to travel to Nairobi Kenya to meet the Seller where by buyer will take sample from the total consignment for testing from local refinery

4) Buyer sign contract with financier to pay all cost to dubai upon arrival at airport buyer confirm goods and pay financier 30% then take goods to refinery for final essay
