We are working with a direct source for the supply of EN590 10ppm Diesel under the following commercial structure:
Product: EN590 10ppm Diesel
Origin: Russian origin (alternative documentation can be arranged if required)
Delivery Terms: • FOB – Black Sea (Tuapse / Novorossiysk) • CIF – Destination port (as per buyer’s requirement)
Supply Program: • Contract duration: up to 12 months • Monthly quantity: 50,000 – 100,000 MT • Trial cargo available
Inspection: • SGS or equivalent international inspection company at loading port • Quantity and quality to be confirmed at loading
Payment Terms: • Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight • LC to be issued from a prime bank and payable at seller’s bank • No SBLC required if LC is issued by a prime bank • If confirmation is required by seller, confirmation charges to be borne by buyer
Commercial Procedure: • Upon completion of loading, SGS report and shipping documents are issued • Payment is released via LC against compliant documents
Pricing: • Price based on Platts European Marketscan • CIF basis: Platts minus 15 USD/MT (Platts -15), depending on discharge port • Final price to be calculated based on destination and logistics
General Principle: Quantity and quality are verified at loading port. Payment is made against shipping documents under LC terms in line with standard international trading practice.
