Transaction Process Overview
1. LOİ+CİS / ZOOM MEETİNG Contract Signing.
2. Trial Delivery – 1kg Seller delivers a trial 1 kilogram of gold to the Dubai Free Zone (e.g., DMCC or equivalent secure facility).
3. Buyer performs XRF or assay at a licensed Dubai lab or refinery in the free zone.
4. Upon confirmation of quality and purity, Buyer makes full payment on the same day via USDT
5. Second Delivery – 25kg Upon successful completion of the trial. Seller ships 25 kilograms of gold to the same Free Zone facility. Buyer performs XRF or assay at a licensed Dubai lab or refinery in the free zone.
6. Upon confirmation of quality and purity, Buyer makes full payment on the same day via USDT
7. Buyer pays 100% of the invoice amount via TT after assay confirmation.
8. Subsequent Deliveries – 225kg and Above. If the 25kg phase is completed without issues. Seller delivers 225kg or more, depending on availability and agreed schedule.
9. Buyer conducts assay at the same designated refinery.
10. Buyer pays 100% via TT after each successful assay.
NOTE: the first 1 Kg & Second Delievery 25kg needs to be tested inside the free zone.
( licensed refineries which can do the assay )
Seller will not go outside the free zone for first delivery.
He will not enter to DUBAİ.
