FOB-ATV TRANSACTION PROCEDURE (TANK TO TANK).
1. Buyer issues ICPO with seller's procedure, banking details, passport scan copy, and Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) from a reliable logistics company.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for buyer's review and endorsement
3. Seller issues ATV to buyer and buyer tank farm to endorse and send back to the seller upon signed ATV releases POP documents to buyer's secure email:
a. Appointment letter
b. Legalized Commercial Invoice
c. Commitment to Supply
d. Injection Report Fresh SGS Report (Not Older than 48 hours)
e. Authorization to Sell & Collect (ATSC) from fuels titleholder
f. Authorization to Verify (ATV) physically verify
g. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA)
h. Commitment Letter to Supply Export
i. License Statement of Product Availability
j. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with barcode
k. GPS coordinates NCNDA/IMFPA
4. Buyer conducts dip test in seller's reservoir. (Optional)
5. Buyer provides Authority to Inject (ATI) for seller to commence injection.
6. Buyer makes payment within 24 hours after injection completion via MT103/TT wire transfer.
7. Buyer lifts products; intermediaries are paid; seller and buyer consider further contracts after successful transaction.
