We hereby confirm our readiness to supply the commodity under the following terms and conditions:

• Commodity: Granular Urea, Mark "B" (Premium Grade).

• Country of Origin / Manufacturer: Turkmenistan.

• Quality Standard: TDS 2081-2010.

• Order Volume: 35,000 metric tons.

• Delivery Terms: FOB (Port of Turkmenbashi) or FCA (subject to mutual agreement).

• Pricing Mechanism: Based on the Argus (Argus Urea Weekly) index quote on the date of shipment.

• Payment Terms: International bank transfer / or cash payment.

• Procedure & Business Terms:

◦ Procedure to Start: Issuance of an official Letter of Intent (LOI) or Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).

◦ Logistics: Detailed shipping and logistical arrangements will be provided upon receipt of the official request (LOI).

We operate as a direct supplier and strictly engage with verified, serious buyers and real counterparties.
