Payment Terms

Transaction Procedure

1. ​LOI: Buyer issues an official Letter of Intent.

2. ​PI: Refinery issues a Proforma Invoice in the Buyer’s name.

3. ​Contract: Signing of the sales agreement (at a mutually selected reputable exchange).

4. Advance Payment : Buyer deposits the initial payment.

5. ​Loading: Shipment process commences.

6. ​Inspection: Quantity and quality verification (SGS or equivalent) at origin/delivery point.

7. ​Settlement: Provision of shipping documents/SGMS and final payment.

​ Logistics Note

​To optimize cash flow and expedite loading, operations can be conducted in 3,000 MT batches (adjustable based on mutual agreement).
