[Reputable Seller] Brazilian ICUMSA45 White Sugar Supplier

Option 1: The buyer signs a contract with a state-owned enterprise (SOE) from China, with the Chinese SOE being responsible for procurement. Options 2: The buyer directly signs an agreement with suppliers from Brazil or the U.S. The U.S. supplier provides for China National Cereals Group.

There is a consistent record of successful annual transactions.

Business Description: The source/origin is a Brazilian white sugar factory. The quality index follows the manufacturer's ICUMSA45 international standard for first-grade white sugar (details are in the materials sheet). They can supply 10,000 tons monthly, with a minimum trial order of 50,000 tons. They have a consistent transaction record for reference. It's estimated that the goods will arrive at China's main ports in about 60 days.

Buyer's conditions: Need to submit ICPO and proof of funds or a bank credit capability certificate.

Transaction mode: 100% non-operative letter of credit activated by 2% performance bond (irrevocable, non-transferable, indivisible) or 20% TT deposit;

Futures Price: $4xx/ton (price before taxes);

Operating Procedure: ICPO + BCL → SPA → 100% non-operative letter of credit → 2% PB → CCIC or SGS/Q&Q

Transaction Process:

  1. The buyer provides the ICPO document (submitting company qualifications and BCL fund proof or bank credit limit);
  2. The seller provides an SPA draft;
  3. Both parties sign the SPA contract (at this stage, the buyer can confirm/verify relevant documents);
  4. The buyer issues a 100% non-operative documentary letter of credit → the seller returns a 2% PB to activate the letter of credit;
  5. The seller ships according to the contract → Payment is released after CIQ or SGS → Transfer of ownership → Transaction completed;
  6. Once the trial transaction is complete, execute the annual contract. ★Special Note: This business "only negotiates with the direct responsible person of the buyer" (referring to the buyer/settlement party in the contract). To improve communication efficiency, potential buyers should fully understand the detailed descriptions and cooperation conditions and requirements in the business. Once the purchasing intention is further clarified, please provide the buyer's business license to preliminarily confirm the purchasing qualifications and the authenticity of the negotiator. Detailed explanations regarding the operating process and settlement conditions are already provided in this document. Therefore, we will not accept any unreasonable and additional requests not clearly stated in the business materials during the initial negotiation stage. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Note: To avoid wasting time, we decline all ineffective communications from third parties/intermediaries. Relaying messages through intermediaries is not suitable for such essential work and will not yield results. This has been our experience for years, without exception.

Furthermore, intermediaries often withhold transparency and openness, deliberately deleting contact information, preventing clients from understanding our basic information and background, thereby hindering the establishment of trust. This is often a primary reason for business failures. Currently, due to limited resources, we no longer deal with any intermediaries/third parties. Please do not disturb. Thank you!!

If willing, we suggest that the person responsible for the buyer contact us directly. We will promptly feedback to the intermediary regarding the situation and results. Based on the arrangements, we will consider the intermediary's earnings (we refuse to mark up prices and will not cooperate with such practices).
