TRANSACTION GUIDELINES — *Kindly READ*

A. Pre- screening of the BUYER is mandatory, kindly forward KYC/CIS and elaborate on BUYERs Logistics

1. The BUYER sends his USDT wallet screenshots with the balance and CIS.

2. The SELLER gives his USDT wallet details for the BUYER to send *10 USDT* to the SELLER as Proof of Funds (POF).

3. The SELLER issues CI for the BUYER to sign.

4. After signed CI, the SELLER invites the BUYER for Dip Test on board the Vessel by BUYER’s expense with all necessary documentation.

5. After a successful dip test, the BUYER provides Q88 for his vessel and Captain details.

6. Both vessels connect the hoses, and the BUYER releases *50%* of the payment.

7. After *50%* of the oil has been pumped, the BUYER releases an additional *40%* payment.

8. Upon completion of pumping *100%* of the oil, the BUYER releases the final *10%* payment.
